A toy library is where a member can rent toys for their children and return it once the use is over. It has a lot of benefits such as having a variety of quality toys to choose from, keeping children occupied with interesting toys and books, having a clutter free home and many more. Junior's Club has toys for the age group of 1 to 8 years & books for age group of 1 year to 12 years.
You can take 12 products in a month. So you can take 3 products once a week.
A registration fee of Rs. 200 (Non Refundable, one time) is charged for every new registration. We have 4 plans to choose from. The Security deposit and monthly rent depends on the plan you choose.
For Walk-in Clients you can pay by following options 1. Cash 2. Cheque in favor of Junior's Club. All cheque payments must be made in the name of Junior's Club. 3. Credit Card. For Online Clients you can pay by following options 1. Credit cards 2. Cash on delivery.
For making optimum use of the service, you should change weekly. You can keep the products for 2 weeks maximum but you have to inform us early that you are renewing the product
Yes you will get email from Juniors Club regarding renewal of account before membership expiration.
There is no late fee charged as we provide free delivery and collection services and therefore there is no real reason why there should be delay in returning items. You may renew your items, subject to availability. We will give only 1 day grace from allotted day. If you will not return the toys beyond the period, than we will repeat your toys.
As per your plan, the chosen products will be delivered by our person at your doorstep. He will collect previous toys and give you new selected toys. For Walk-In, Client can exchange the toys on their allotted day.
We have search option on site through which you can search for product. We have category, sub category and age group from which you can search the products.
If you like particular product, than you can click on tab ADD PRODUCT and it will add to your basket. You can select product for whole month also and we can deliver toys as per availability.
Your basket is your list of products you want. You can select product as per your plan and it will be added in your basket... so you do not need to see product every week. We will deliver product as per availability each week. You can add or delete the products from your basket prior one day from your delivery day.
Yes, We have given one cancel option button on the selected product, you can click on that and that product will be deleted from your basket.
Products bought back incomplete. Pieces missing, minor damages of pages torn will be fined Rs. 50. Products which are damaged and cannot be used will be charged the original cost of the product without any depreciation which you have to pay through cash.
If you wish to close your membership then you have to fill the closure intimation form from your account before one week of your plan expiry date and submit it. On the last day of your plan our person will collect the products and check the products. After checking the products the cheque will be delivered within 15 working days to your place.
We follow 3 steps to sanitize our products. We use natural products to clean it. Disinfecting the products and then put it in plastic covers to avoid sitting dust on the toys before reissued to next member. While all items are thoroughly cleaned by us before being delivered, we request parents to ensure they return the toys in clean condition and avoid children taking them in their mouth to the extent possible.
Change or up gradation in plan will be done by clicking on the change plan tab or renew plan tab for continuation of the existing plan.
Yes, depending upon the rental plan you select, there is a refundable deposit for all member.
Just call at Juniors Club and let us know if you want to extend the toy period. Subject to no other customer has booked the toy. We will be happy to extend the toy period by 1 week.
Just inform us that you would like to shift from home delivery or vice versa and we will do it from your next billing cycle.
We deliver the products on the time given by you. Suppose you are not available please inform the office before a day or so the changed time.
Sorry, the toys cannot be renewed as they will be booked by other members. You can, however, request for the same toy/ book / CD again after some days.
Toys that are broken when received MUST BE REPORTED immediately to the delivery man OR to the library. If products are not working in proper condition please inform us within 24 hours and we would be happy to exchange it.
If you lose a piece of a toy, you have one week time to find and return the missing piece. In the event that you are unable to locate the missing piece you will incur a missing parts fee or full cost of the product.
If the toy is repairable then you have to bear the repairing charges. The repair of the toy will be done at our Library with our in-house repairer. The parents are requested not to try to fix the toy of their own. If the toy is damaged beyond repair, the toy will be treated as a damaged toy and you are liable to pay the cost of the toy without depreciation.
The break rules will applicable to you. If you will take break more than allotted break time, than your week will be counted as a part of your scheme and no refund of a week would be given back.
You may cancel your membership at any point by sending us an e-mail cancellation request. However, you will receive no refunds, but you will get your refundable deposit back after 15 working days
Junior's Club offers you one month subscription, in case you would like to experience its benefits.
All rentals are charged the date on which you are doing registration. Your month would be counted on the basis of 4 weeks and products as per week and not according to the dates of the month.
